Help the Helck Family recover from their loss
Hi my name is Miranda and I'm raising money for my family after we suddenly lost our father. On December 29th, 2021, our family’s world was shattered when our loving dad and husband Timothy Helck died suddenly from COVID complications. For nearly two years, he did everything he could to protect himself and us from the virus, including getting vaccinated, getting his booster, and practicing strict social distancing. When he tested positive before our family gathering on Christmas Eve, we were concerned about him, but he told us he wasn’t feeling too bad. We never imagined his death could be the outcome.
Our dad felt pretty good until about 11PM on December 28, when he was rushed to the hospital with chest pain. Within hours, he was gone. The doctors told us it was COVID sepsis and a heart attack. We were told a rapid decline and death like this is rare, but not unheard of.
As our family, which includes my mom Pat and my siblings Emily, Lizzie, Olivia, Penelope and Ethan, struggles to come to terms with this immense and tragic loss, I’m asking for help with relieving the financial burden that accompanies a sudden death like my dad’s. Donations will go towards living costs, mental health care, medical bills, and tuition. Our dad was an incredibly special person who made a difference in the lives of so many. Those who had the great fortune of knowing him will always remember his generosity, gentleness, intelligence, and talent. My family is grateful for any donation or support that you have to offer.
Thank you.
Love,
Miranda
